Kendra Perry has six years of financial services recruiting and executive search experience. Joining Risk Talent in 2005 as a recruiter, Kendra now leads Risk Talent’s team of focused recruiters as well as our sourcing efforts in the US and Canada.

Ms. Perry specializes in search assignments for Risk Talent’s capital markets, asset management and consulting clients, with a special focus on senior roles in market, credit and operational risk, as well as regulatory/compliance. She has filled positions with titles that include Chief Risk Officer, Chief Credit Officer, SVP Quantitative Credit Risk Modeling, Director Market Risk, Director Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance & Governance Consulting MD & Practice Leader, and SVP Fixed Income Risk Technology. Her completed search rate is over 90% (on 50+ search assignments) far exceeding industry standards.

Before joining Risk Talent Associates, Kendra served on the Admissions Committee at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Producer with ABC News in New York. Kendra is a magna cum laude graduate of Colby College.
